1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP

could be due to two main points are:
1. UPP was damaged.
2. UPP did not get the supply voltage and clock.

1. Response 1st Boot Err: Bad
Resp UPP, 02 00 72/02 00 72 FFFF
